2014 – Won three races in the IMSA Prototype class co-driving with Memo Rojas.

2013 – GRAND-AM Daytona Prototype Series with Chip Ganassi Racing: First place Owner's Championship, Driver's Championship runner up. Rolex 24 overall winner, tying Hurley Haywood's record at five victories.

2012 – GRAND-AM Rolex Sports Car Series Champion with Chip Ganassi Racing with Felix Sabates.

2011 – GRAND-AM Rolex Sports Car Series Champion with Chip Ganassi Racing with Felix Sabates, and winner of Rolex 24 At Daytona.

2010 – GRAND-AM Rolex Sports Car Series Champion with Chip Ganassi Racing with Felix Sabates. Scott and co-driver Memo Rojas had one of most dominating seasons in U.S. sports car racing history. Collected season-record nine series victories and tallied 11 podium finishes in 12 DP races and won title by 40 points. Set record for laps led (560) in DP class.

2009 – GRAND-AM Rolex Sports Car Series Runner Up. Teaming with Rojas, claimed two victories and one pole. Led standings midway through season and missed the championship title by only six points (337-331).

2008 – GRAND-AM Rolex Sports Car Series Champion and Rolex 24 At Daytona Winner. Won record eighth American sports car championship. Won series-leading six races with Rojas, including team's third consecutive Rolex 24 At Daytona, with co-drivers Rojas, Dario Franchitti and Juan Pablo Montoya. Voted Race Magazine's Road Racer of the Year. Competed in NASCAR Nationwide Series.

2007 – Rolex 24 At Daytona winner with Juan Pablo Montoya and Salvador Duran. GRAND-AM Rolex Sports Car Series Runner Up. Teamed with Rojas to win at Iowa.

2006 – GRAND-AM Rolex Sports Car Series Team Champion. GRAND-AM Rolex Sports Car Series Manufacturer Champion for Lexus. GRAND-AM Rolex Sports Car Series Driver Championship Runner Up.

2005 – GRAND-AM Rolex Sports Car Series Championship Runner Up. Three DP victories with Diaz at California, Mazda Raceway and Virginia.

2004 – GRAND-AM Rolex Sports Car Series Champion. Won with Max Papis at Mont-Tremblant, Sahlen's Six Hours of The Glen, Mid-Ohio and season finale at California. Eight podium finishes. Four poles in Chip Ganassi Racing with Felix Sabates' debut DP season.

2003 – SCCA Trans Am Champion. NASCAR Winston Cup 2nd place at Watkins Glen.

2002 – Won GTS class and finished fifth overall in Rolex 24 in Rocketsports Jaguar. Finished 12th in GTS points.

2001 – 24 Heurs Du Mans LMGTS Class Winner. Finished 11th in GTS in Rolex 24 with Rocketsports.

1999 – Ran CART for the Arciero-Wells team. Earned Toyota's best qualifying effort ever (Pole at the California Speedway), and Toyota's best qualifying effort on a road course (3rd at the Australian Grand Prix).

1998 – Three podium CART finishes for Patrick Racing, ten top-ten finishes.

1997 – Three podium CART finishes for Patrick Racing, eleven top-ten finishes.

1996 – Three podium CART finishes for Patrick Racing, nine top-ten finishes. Competed in IROC and finished seventh in championship.

1995 – One win and three additional podium CART finishes for Patrick Racing, ten top-ten finishes. Competed in IROC and finished third in standings.

1994 – Rolex 24 At Daytona Winner. SCCA Trans Am Champion.

1989 – Indianapolis 500 Co-Rookie of the Year.
